Copenhagen - Hot-Dogs and Gløgg

Happy 2012! Hopefully it'a good one for you all. I decided to use my first post of this year to do a bit of catching up as I've got quite a few photos sitting on my harddrive doing nothing that I wanted to feature.

First up is a trip to Copenhagen I made with anumber of friends to see a Noel Gallagher concert. As I'd missed out on tickets to see him in the UK we decided to get some cheap flights over to Copenhagen and make a weekend of it.

The majority of us had never been to Denmark and had no real idea of what to expect. I think because of this the trip was all the more fantastic; Christmas markets were in abundance, the hot-dog stands were a culinary delight and the Gløgg (similar to mulled wine) went down a treat.

The thing we all took away from the weekend however was how friendly and welcoming the danish people were, hats off to them, they really are amazing.

Anyway, here are a few snaps I took of the weekend…
